"The Grass isn't All that's Green" Giveaway Hop Spotlight- doTERRA

I received an item from doTERRA for the sole purpose of this review

I have been a huge fan of essential oils for a long time now. They are good for so many things and ailments and I use them as often as I can to help with whatever I can. I use Peppermint, Lavender, Tea Tree and Orange/Lemon the most. Peppermint is great rubbed on the temples for headaches, or rubbed on the belly for nausea. Lavender is great for sleep and also acne scarring. Orange and Lemon are great for disinfecting. You can do 1 drop of lemon in water for detoxification and I also put a couple drops on paper towel and put in the bottom of my garbage cans. Tea Tree (melaleuca) is a disinfectant as well. I use it to wash my diapers and it's great for cleaning.

Lauren Borits from Discover Natural Solutions sent me some new oils to play around with. I chose to review the Breathe, OnGuard and Balance blend oils.

We have been pretty sick this winter with colds and since my oldest is in school, we seem to always get something. That's why I chose the On Guard and Breathe oils. Breathe is great for clearing up those sinus' and On Guard is great at helping you recover from illness. You can diffuse them both in the air to help you out significantly. Or you can clean with the On Guard, drink it internally or use them on the bottoms of little kids feet.
Right now we're passing a cold around. My 2 year old had it first, used these oils on his feet and in 3 days it was totally gone. Then my youngest got it (4-4.5 months at the time), I put these 2 on his feet about 2-3 times a day and again in just 3 days it as gone. Although he still had a cough for 2 weeks after. My 2 year old gave it to me and I took the On Guard internally once a day mixed in some water (just 1 drop) and I was cleared up in 2 days time (I also used lavender, lemon and peppermint). Now I have the cold again and I'm taking internally again... We just can't seem to shake this cold for good.

I also clean with the on guard. I put 3 drops in a 32oz spray bottle, filled it with water and use it on my counters. It disinfects really well and helps prevent illness from spreading.

The oils (all doTERRA) contain 100% natural oils directly from the plant. They are the Highest Quality, Safety and Purity.

Breathe has Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lemon and a couple others.
On Guard has Cinnamon, Orange, Rosemary, Clove and Eucalyptus.
Balance has Spruce, Rosewood, Frankincense and Blue Tansy.

I also received the Balance. I just thought it would be good to have on hand and then I learned it would be wonderful for ADHD in children. MY daughter has been diagnosed as such, but I keep forgetting to use it regularly on her. Although I used it for 3 days in a row when I first got it and didn't notice a difference.

Overall though I am very pleased with the oils that I have received. I've been using a lot of single oils for a long time and have now come to love the blends.

Price: Balance and Breathe are $26.67. On Guard is $42.67. But truly they work well and it's better than using medication that's man made.

Overall: ***** hands down!

THE GRASS ISN'T ALL THAT'S GREEN
