I received a sample from Bummis for the sole purpose of this review
I'm participating in the Falling into Fitted Diapers event that goes live on the 15th! I was super excited to be a part of this event since we love Fitteds and Covers. I wasn't able to secure a fitted diaper sponsor on such short notice, but Bummis had agreed to send me a couple items before I signed up for this event and it happened to fit right in.
We received one of their new Best-Ever Bib's and a matching Super Snap Diaper Cover
The bib is very wide and has a nice pocket for catching crumbs in the front as well.
We had a NB cover when my son was obviously a newborn. He outgrew it fairly quickly (by 3 months or so) and I missed that cover greatly. Bummis makes some of the best covers I've tried so I was super excited to get another cover, this time in a size Medium, that I knew would fit him for a while
The Bummis covers are thick so they contain messes well, the elastic on the thighs does it's job perfectly (even the NB size did with the runny poos too).
I love using the covers over fitteds as well as prefolds/flats. I know they'll do their job and we NEVER have leaks when using this cover, even if what's inside is totally soaked.
The bib is pretty awesome too. It's wide and covers from shoulder to shoulder, but doesn't get in the way of self feeding toddlers, so it's really nice for that. I love the pocket. How many regular bibs do you have and when you pick up your child there's food in their lap still? It might protect the shirt, but what about crushed blueberries on the pants? Doesn't help that! Well the Bummis does!! Plus my son likes to eat food out of his pocket that he's dropped, so less wasted food too!
The bib and covers come in coordinating prints so your baby is cute from neck to thighs :)
