Day #16 Fitness Guru or Couch Potato? Share your fitness habits.
I really try to exercise and workout, but it's so hard with a youngin'. I love working out though. Ran track in high school and was always trying out for other things.
Starting in first grade I have been a cheerleader, softball player, volleyball player, and then started track in 7th grade and did it through 10th. Never looked back! Track was my favorite of them all!!!
I still try and run when I can. I try and get outside 2-3 days a week and right now I'm running a mile, with a little walking in there too. Typically I can run the whole thing with about 2, 30 second walks in the middle. This isn't bad considering I just started again the beginning of May.
We bought Zumba for the Wii, but the Wii is in Emerson's room so I can't do it when he's sleeping...
I do like to do the videos Shed 5 Fast and 30 Day Shred.
But that's about it as far as my workout goes. I'd rather be a couch potato, but my body says otherwise!
