Day #14, 15 tips to get through life!

  1. Eat healthy! It really is a great start to leading a long life. Try and lost weight and eat healthier. You will feel 10 times better!!
  2. Be Honest. One lie usually leads to another and by the time the truth comes out (because it ALWAYS does) you've told about 10 lies already and dug a deeper grave!
  3. Step out of your comfort zone every once in a while.
  4. Do research Don't just decide to do something because it's the norm, do your research and then make an informed decision.
  5. LAUGH laughter really is the best medicine!
  6. Learn how to forgive This is important. Sometimes it's just not worth fighting over :)
  7. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Didn't your mother teach you this? Why didn't you listen? It really is a great motto to live by!
  8. Don't dwell on the past Just change your future!
  9. Motivate yourself and others!
  10. Accept your flaws Most of them can't be changed, so just live with them, embrace them, and accept them!
  11. The two most Important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why- Mark Twain (one of my favorite quotes)
  12. Enjoy Life don't just wait for better days ahead. Live for today!
  13. If you have kids set a date night for just you and your spouse!! It's important to both the parents AND the children!
  14. Read it's a great way to broaden your vocabulary and live vicariously through others!
  15. Learn to say "NO" overwhelming yourself is hard. Sometimes you just have to spit out that 2 letter word!
