
Day #14, 15 tips to get through life!
- Eat healthy! It really is a great start to leading a long life. Try and lost weight and eat healthier. You will feel 10 times better!!
- Be Honest. One lie usually leads to another and by the time the truth comes out (because it ALWAYS does) you've told about 10 lies already and dug a deeper grave!
- Step out of your comfort zone every once in a while.
- Do research Don't just decide to do something because it's the norm, do your research and then make an informed decision.
- LAUGH laughter really is the best medicine!
- Learn how to forgive This is important. Sometimes it's just not worth fighting over :)
- Treat people the way you want to be treated. Didn't your mother teach you this? Why didn't you listen? It really is a great motto to live by!
- Don't dwell on the past Just change your future!
- Motivate yourself and others!
- Accept your flaws Most of them can't be changed, so just live with them, embrace them, and accept them!
- The two most Important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you find out why- Mark Twain (one of my favorite quotes)
- Enjoy Life don't just wait for better days ahead. Live for today!
- If you have kids set a date night for just you and your spouse!! It's important to both the parents AND the children!
- Read it's a great way to broaden your vocabulary and live vicariously through others!
- Learn to say "NO" overwhelming yourself is hard. Sometimes you just have to spit out that 2 letter word!
