Eco Babies is one of those stores that truly sells everything green you can think of. Especially for baby. They carry diapers, toys, skincare and carriers. AND MORE!!
I received 2 skincare items from them and so far I'm in love!
We got the Nature's Baby Conditioner and Detangler and the Nature's Baby Face & Body Moisturizer.
I love the conditioner and detangler for Avery. Most things don't work on her hair. I was using suave 2-in-1 kids on her hair as it was the only thing that semi worked. I don't really get it. Her hair isn't even slightly wavy, but it knots up like crazy. This is perfect. I can put a shampoo in her hair and then this. and it's less steps.
What I really like is this can be left in or rinsed out. It doesn't matter. So I've actually gotten her out of the tub and dried her hair off, then put a small dab of this in her hair and it worked beautifully, didn't leave her hair greasy or anything. But I can also rinse it out as a conditioner and it's the same thing! Beautiful shiny hair. Plus the Lavender and Chamomile scent is divine!!
The Face and Body Moisturizer is unscented which I like for this boy on the way. So I'm saving that. But I have used it on Avery and it goes on smoothly, isn't super greasy and it does have a very slight scent to it. It has shea butter and macadamia oil as well as aloe, safflower oil, jojoba oil and olive fruit oil. So it has a slight scent from the oils, but they're natural scents, so it's great for baby and no reaction!
I think the best part about Eco Babies is their Online Gift Registry. How awesome is that? You can register online for everything you need and then in your baby shower invitation etc you can include the link to the website with all your info! I think this is a really cool thing to do and it allows family and friends to purchase cloth diapers, baby carriers and more essentials like the Nature's Baby products. It also let's them see the modern cloth available and get them to change their minds :)
They also have a Newborn Diaper Rental/Trial service. We all know those NB diapers only last a few weeks or a couple months tops, so this is a great way to not buy them and get them cheaper by renting them!
