For the lack of posting. It has been a super busy weekend. I'm hoping once everything gets done I'll be back in full swing with reviews. It's summer and I'm sure I'm outside just as much as all of you. So you probably didn't even notice the lack in posts!
But just in case you did... Yesterday Jon decided he wanted to go to Home Depot to get stuff for a patio behind or garage. WELL he chose the hottest day of the year. It was 97 but felt like 106. Here in MI we're NOT used to that. We didn't realize how hot it was when we left.
We didn't get stuff for a patio, but did buy a gazebo and a patio furniture set. Started setting those up yesterday but a HUGE storm blew us out and we called it down. We got everything cleaned up just before it started pouring.
Today we finished the gazebo (much cooler at 85) and the furniture set and got it all set up. Then I started working on a playhouse for Avery (look for a review soon!!) Evening set in and 100 mosquito bites later (NOT an exaggeration. I have at least 80 on my back) I decided to call it quits. So tomorrow I'm going to finish the play house and will post pictures of it all. Then we can finally relax in our gazebo.
Been a long weekend. Jon's out buying fireworks now for tonight. Should be nice after such a long weekend.
