I just HAD to post this here. As soon as I got this I thought, WOW!! They really keep up to date and really took the feedback to heart. I think they have AWESOME customer service and below is the email I just received from the Co-Founder of Rafflecopter!!
I'm sorry that Rafflecopter might have let you down over the past few posts that you had running :( I just wanted to shoot you an email and let you know that we're continually improving Rafflecopter as we go, and all the feedback that we've received has been very helpful.
We're working on some updates that will make Rafflecopter a lot better for you and your entrants. These update will include the ability to change the time and timezones of when your giveaways end, as well as the ability for entrants to sign into Rafflecopter. We hope this will solve many of the tracking problems that folks have been having regarding cookies, as well as give the users an easier time to remember which giveaways they have and haven't entered.
Its important for us to make sure that the folks entering your giveaways are just as happy as the folks using it as bloggers. That said, we monitor all the chatter on the OLS forums on a daily basis, as well as blogs, facebook, and twitter. We've refrained from commenting on OLS as we don't want to the be 'uninvited boss at the party' if you know what I mean :) But I wanted to let you know that we're always making updates to Rafflecopter and a lot of the feedback on OLS helps us decide what folks like and don't like.
