I have loved tea for a very long time now, I usually have 2-3 cups a day every day. We finally got a tea kettle and every few days I'll heat up some water and have cup after cup of tea. It is my drink of choice, and it's good for you!
I had contacted Talbott to see what they'd say, and he quickly agreed to send me some lovely Tea!
I received a Variety Sachet Cube and a Clara's Tea
I was a little upset when I opened the Clara's and discovered it was loose leaf
Isn't it pretty though!!
But silly me! I just heated up some water, put a teaspoon of the tea in there and let it steep for a few minutes. Then I used the spoon to get as much of the flowers and such out as I could. I then stuck a couple ice cubes in a sippy cup and poured this in. There were still some chunks in there, but with the valve in her cups, she didn't get anything but pure Clara's Tea!!
So that worked! I was very happy to see the teas I was sent in the sampler were sachets and not loose leaf!
First one I tried? The Blissful Blueberry, and it was divine. This is one of the best teas I'd ever tried... Until I had the Chocolate Strawberry Temptation!! OMG this was seriously the best I've ever had, too bad he only included 2!!
There was also Green Tea Heaven in there, Soho Earl, Paris Breakfast, and Luscious Lemon Meringue.
I received this about 3 weeks ago, well they're all gone!! I really should get one of those permanent filters though for the clara's, but for now sippy cup works as long as I get most of it out. It's all safe though obviously since it's in a tea, so even if she got some it wouldn't hurt her.
They also have loose leaf teas for adults as well.
Price: The Variety Cube I got is $10. For 12 tea bags that is a little steep, but it lets you try them all and get to know which flavors you like before buying. Clara's Tea is $20, but it will last a while!
Overall: ***** Great tea. I've liked every flavor I was sent.
